A deluge of rain hit northern NYC the Monday prior. A fruiting of Pachyella clypeata showed up in an area that was probably flooded by the storm. The bleeding Stereum gaussapatum was also nearby. There was one large smooth chanterelle and a “porcini”. A 4 hour walk with ~30 people attending
