Long Pond Park in Staten Island is about as far south in New York City as we go. On this walk we found the stunning, understated, Glonium stellatum with its meandering, anastomosing arms. There were also seven Amanitas as well as Guepiniopsis buccina, which is a tiny orange jelly mushroom with a wrinkly neck. ~8 people on a ~3hr. walk.
