Prior to the walk rain, often heavy, regularly swept the tri-state area making the conditions ideal for mushrooms to develop in staggering diversity and quantity. This list has about 175 taxa. Not everything could be identified to species, but it was a valiant effort. Thanks to everybody who came out and thanks to our identifiers for their efforts. ~36 people on a ~4.5 hr. walk
